Meet the BC Grand Families Support Group Facilitators

Lisa Barnelli (left) is the facilitator for our Lower Bucks County Support Group in Levittown. Lisa joined the team in April 2024 and brings compassion and energy to every meeting, helping to foster a welcoming environment for all who attend.

Carolyn Matthew (center) facilitates the Upper Bucks County Support Group in Souderton. Carolyn joined us in September 2024 and has quickly become a vital support for local families, offering insight and understanding drawn from her own experiences.

Beth Jester (right) is the Co-founder and long-standing facilitator of our Central Bucks County Support Group, established in 2019. Beth’s leadership and vision have been foundational to the growth and success of BC Grand Families, and her continued dedication remains at the heart of our mission.

Together, these facilitators provide invaluable support to grandparents and kin caregivers across Bucks County. We're grateful for their commitment to strengthening our community.
